Not enough heat for the says we were there - found CD a space heater and that helped but management should address. Also beed better pillows!

Space was very clean and well equipped. You must know going in that it’s only semi-private, you will have to go into a shared hallway to access the bathroom and kitchenette area. Staying over a weekend, it was a bit noisy from the laundry being done in the room right next to us. You can also occasionally hear the owners when they’re home, and at night there were several noises (possibly the furnace?) We typically sleep with ear plugs when we travel but it did wake me up both nights. So a few cons but overall, the listing is very accurate, the space is clean and comfortable, and you cannot beat the location. We had a great stay.

Great location! Near so many restaurants and close access to everything! Also, my partner loved that it was a 15 minute drive to the house from The Sopranos and Holsten’s!

Walking distance breakfast place and coffee shop was very convenient. Safe parking was also a plus!

This home has a horrendous off-gassing smell that made me sick. The property was simple and clean, but the smell was strong and gave me a terrible headache. I had an air purifier going and window in bathroom (very small due to basement apt) open. It didn’t help. It smelled like bad plastic flooring. I communicated with the manager, he said he would come check. He said he smelled nothing. Someone was also burning incense in the house. Maybe to cover a smell? And they have air purifiers so they possibly have heard this complaint before. I was forced to leave after 3 days (of an 8 day stay). I had to find and pay for another place to stay. I asked for a refund. The manager said he would ask for a refund for me. He said he would try. But after my multiple messages I still have no refund. He said I had to cancel the stay to get a refund but of course there is no way to do that once the stay begins.Vrbo customer service called the manager and requested that they provide a refund, but they cannot do it directly because of the contract that they have with the owners. It is disappointing that they acted like they were going to give me a refund, and acted like they were trying to fix the situation, when they haven’t done so. Being responsive is nice, but if it doesn’t fix anything, it’s not helpful.
